Missing subscription details

Just tried that but still not showing. Maybe the system takes time to catch up. I'll check again tomorrow and if there is still a problem I'll contact Tech support. Thanks

Hi … I'm confused (not an unusual occurance for me!).
On 7th March I upgraded AVG AntiVirus on my Android phone to the Pro version and it shows on my account with Google Play. My bank account shows that the money was taken from my account on 10th March. However there is no record of the subscription in my AVG account. There the installation shows up as a Pro trial due to expire in … days.
Is this the standard way AVG account works ie the subscription will automattically show when the original trial runs out? If so a bit of a strange way to do things isn't?
If not the above, could the fact that I created my account a few days after upgrading have screwed the system up? If so how do I get it sorted … my magic wand has run out of solar power!
