I think there is a bug in your system somewhere, that somehow automatically make orders even though automatic renewal is not set. I have received an e-mail from you today stating that I've paid for a 'renewal' of my AVG Tune-Up, but I have not made such an order yet the payment has been transferred to you via PayPal (order # 700-4806437). Also received the confirmation from PayPal that the money's been transferred except I've never made this order! This is the second time it has happened, my AVG Internet Security 2015 subscription was also 'renewed' in May though I never made that order (order # 35-5114749) either. -I already have a subscription for Internet Security running til September 2015 so renewal is not even due yet, could you tell me what's going on? Please look into it. If you need more information let me know, but please contact me here or via mail as your lines are constantly busy. I would appreciate it and a refund of course. Thank you.
