Mobile Data disabled after installing AVG Protection Pro

Please check if the AVG program in your mobile is installed correctly and is up to date. If the issue persists after updating AVG, we suggest you to remove and reinstall the product. You can contact our AVG Mobile Team if the issue persists Please click on the following link ( http://avgclick.me/AVGtechnical ) and fill out your details, select as Android then the name of AVG Program that you installed in your mobile and in description please completely explain about your issue and finally click on Email option. Also when filling out your details choose Yes for the Question "Are you currently using any paid/trial AVG products?" even though you may be using the Free version and fill out necessary details and click on Email option. The AVG mobile team will reply back to you via email with a resolution.

I purchased AVG Protection Pro for my PC and after installing it I found it offered to cover 4 more devices. My wife installed on her PC with no problems, but when she put it on her Samsung Galaxy A3 the mobile Data will not turn on. she has to disable AVG completely in order to use Google navigation or check train times or any other internet based service while away from home. This can't be right, there must be some way to have the protection and the mobile data, because without the data the AVG is doing nothing.
