urgent help required please I have given my old Samsung Galaxy 3 phone to my niece before she goes away as I now have a Galaxy 7 (both running free AVG) My Niece put in a new sim card but avg programme has disabled access to everything & says 'This device is lost or stolen Please return my device greentop972@gmail.com' then requests unlock password which I have forgotten after trying a few I thought it might be. I have also tried entering my AVG account password to no avail. I have no access on Galaxy 3 to remove AVG programme but can obviously get on PC to my main account which does not have any other devices listed other than my laptop. I require this issue resolved asap as my young niece is duw to go away soon & we wish she has the S3 fully functioning & usable. Thanks in advance for your help in this issue.

Please Log into my.avg.com and then try to Unlock the device. If that doesn't work,

Select the option as "YES" and the operating system as "ANDROID"
Fill in the details and click on the option "answer via email"
Once your request is submitted you will be getting the prompt answer via email from our mobile team.
