Mobile Google store does not register payment

Hello,

i have an automatic transaction on Google store for AVG Protection PRO, store is telling my that transaction was proceded, but AVG app is still telling me, that I did not upgraded on PRO. I tried all possibilities in hints, nothing helped. Do you have any suggestions?
