It seems that you haven't submitted the request to our mobile team.

Select the option as "YES" and the operating system as "ANDROID"
Fill in the details and click on the option "answer via email"
Once your request is submitted you will be getting the prompt answer via email from our mobile team.
I had an adware virus / trogan start installing onto my Android phone! AVG was highlighting this as a problem with the Red triangle ! But on 10th Feb it did this at 6:57am but at 8:02am it said fireplo installed and safe!
Well according to what is on google.
It installs Apps and I think its collecting data and sending somewhere!
I keep uninstalling the fireplo App but it reinstalls after a couple of hours and AVG notifies me its safe!
How can I fix this issue please?
