Hello, I removed the Sim from my mobile phone and so the mobile phone has been blocked by privacy password . Even after I used the " old " SIM card again and factory reseted my device throught boot menu, the device is still locked by password. Also in MyAVGAccount I can not unlock the device . Please help me . The device is urgently needed . Thank you very much
