Mobile phone problem

Thank you for contacting AVG Community Forum. I see you are facing issues with your AVG program not alllowing the program to open. I am sorry for the inconvenience. Could you please confirm whether you are able to open other applications on your Android phone? Do you get any error message while opening AVG application on your phone? Could you please share us the screenshot of the page (https://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=AVG-Create-screenshot) which shows the error message?

Hi .I have downloaded your avg mobile security program on my galaxy mobile phone ,only to find that my phone will not allow the program to open ,I picked up a program from play store  named --AI …pdf add on …this program i believe is causing all the problems ,it will not let me eliminate it from the phone  and seems to block all my attempts --any help would be appreciated  --Neil

hi -in answer to your questions --yes I can open other applications on my phone --no error messages come up when i attempt to open your avg application ,it flashes on /off gives me a double screen image and nothing happens ,the avg application tries but is allways blocked…it has stoped acsess to the following -smart tutor/assistant menu/battery device care/protection/security and privacy scanning  all made inactive --question if i connect my mobile to my desk top computor would that assist with your enquiries or make matters worse --regards Neil

Thank you for the reply. We are sorry for the trouble caused. Regarding your concern, I would suggest you to reset the AVG and try accessing the app. Regarding the AI …pdf app, please remove any unknown device administrator from your phone settings and try uninstaling that app. I hope this helps resolving your issue.
