Hello, i purchased the last year AVG protection, mobile version!
I do have to wipe my phone in total, unfortunately, after that, as i had a clue for malware or virus, even had the AVG and the original protection from the mobile!
After star new reinstall of the apps from Google Play Library, found out my AVG, that is paid is not active and didn't allow me to install it again, so i removed it from the library and then tried to find it again in the search it wasn't there, only VPN and the cleaner!
I try to contact several times Google play by email, then found a phone number and when i spoke to a member of staff she said she will transfer straight away the amount to AVG, and to contact them for a refund… as Google Play can't do the refund but the Company i purchased the product!
I contacted AVG and the answer was the opposite they can't refund the amount i need to contact Google Play Store… I have explained to him exactly the situation and what i've been told, but he said i need to contact them again!
I tried again with the Google Play store, but no results, same as AVG when i get back again… The amount is not much, but the fact i can't use something and paid for it, just is not existing on Google Play Store is absolutely disappointing and not professional … felt like a ping-pong ball with no scores!
