Has anyone had any luck getting money back on auto pay withdrawals? I had $211 withdrawn from my account today for something I had no idea I was getting. Whatever it is, I don't want it. I have had AVG Free for years and really like it. I don't want to pay for anything. If anyone knows how to get this money back, please let me know asap. I need to get on this.

Since auto renewal is enabled for its first purchase (31st May 2017), this charge was debited automatically.
An email notification was sent prior to let you know about this process.
