Money from my account I didn't ask for to be taken!

I didn't ask to join the system but the money came out of my account, HOW!! I didn't put in any details?
I would like to cancel everything and a refund immedeatly please!!!

At the moment I haven't had a refund or anything from you, you said you would investigate and sort out things for me, please do ans issue a refund as I didn't need or request any extras. Thank you. NEIL
