We acknowledge your refund request & would like to clarify this for you.
Upon checking your account, we see that you've been charged for the renewal of AVG Internet Security (trial to annual).
We do send pre-billing notification prior 10 days of trial's expiry, which included info on how to cancel, renewal date & charge (sent to you on 11/30/19).
However, if you'd like to cancel this subscription & get refunded, we do understand.

Yesterday $74.89, which is a strange amount was taken from my account WITHOUT an email to let me know any amount was about to be taken or a subscription was coming due. Can someone explain please? I would like this refunded to my bank. Thank you and have a good day

I never received the email or I would not have been blindsided by the charge. I would like to cancel and get the charge refunded asap please
