On the 1/11/2019 I received this email from you. avg technologies - automatic billing stopped ( order 11047734510 ) 1nov 2019. On the 3/2/2020 you took £77.99 from my bank account. Why did you steal this money from me after the email on the 1/11/2019 showing my account had been closed. I am requesting this money be refunded to me ASAP. I will need a cheque from you for £77.99, this is because I have cancelled the card with details you hold because you stole my money. If I do not receive this I will be contacting the police & a national newspaper.
