We aren't able to find a subscription on your *****@gmail.com account.
There should be another account under a different email address in which auto renewal should have been enabled for AVG product.
In-order to locate the account, an email has been sent for you to provide the possible email address.
If the email is not found in inbox do check in spam and junk folders.

I've just checked my on line banking and find a £72 charge for a something I do not have. I've just created an account with AVG to check and it has no products listed for me. How do I get a refund? How do I prevent an unauthorised payment being taken in the future? Thanks.
