Money was taken from my account, I did a trial and ended it, so y have I had to give payment, this is not right, I would quite like this sorted
I have now made sure it is canceled and rectangles it, I did cancel it a while ago almost the day I put it on as I only wanted the free version of the product, but it asked me to put my credentials in anyway, so I did, I did not mean to start the free trial and made sure I didn't, so where this has come from I do not know, like I have said I have now made sure that it is cancelled, as the payment receipt has only just come through, this is a large portion of my money gone for something I didn't sign up for, and as I am not earning much what so ever, this is very bad against the money I have been saving.
