Money taken from bank by AVG which I did not authorise

I've noticed that AVG have taken £84.99 from my bank account which I did not authorise . I then had to create an account to try and get it sorted but it says I have no active subscriptions - so requesting a refund doesn't work because there is no order history. There is no option to contact anyone or speak to anyone that I can find, so I'm having to come on here in the hope that someone can help me!
About a month ago I downloaded the free version of AVG for my mobile, I certainly didn't sign up for any paid subscriptions. Then i uninstalled the free version a day or so later because it didn't meet my needs. And now I find that AVG have taken money anyway, and I would like it refunded. 
Can anyone help with how to contact an actual human being about this?
