Money taken from my account for AVG licence but no email with security key

While verifying your account you have AVG Internet Security as your active subscription and it is valid till 2016.11.9. We have sent you and email with the instructions to reactivate your subscription with the new license number.
Please follow the instructions on the email and check whether it resolves the issue.

Hey guys,

You have taken money from my account without authorisation but I have no email with a link for the security key and my current AVG is saying I only have 8 days left of protection.  Can you please contact me and give me the link otherwise I have paid for a product I don't have!  Also I do not want automatic updates and you guys taking money from my account so I wish to change this ASAP.
