This order was placed because you agreed to automatic extensions of your Subscription Period when you originally purchased your AVG product.
We assure you that we have not processed any unauthorized payments from your card or account.
On the 15/11/2016 AVG IE you have taken £43.99 from my account. I DID NOT AUTHORISE THIS !
I don't use AVG anymore, want a full refund asap. Also remove me from your books.

We sent an email notification 30 days prior to the order being placed to let you know in advance that this payment was due. This also contained information on how to cancel your Subscription.
If you don't wish to continue using this renewed license for AVG PC TuneUp, please apply for refund using this link: https://support.avg.com/RefundForm?l= .
Also if you wish to completely delete your AVG account then the current active license on you account will also be deleted. We can see that you have an active license for AVG Antivirus that expires on 5th October 2017.
