£45 has been taken from my account, but I don’t even appear to have a subscription!
I recall getting a trial at some point a while back but I never got an email telling me that the trial was ending and now I can’t even find my subscription
Please can I get my subscription cancelled and a refund. ( I have the PayPal transaction number to locate the payment)
