I have checked your account, you have bought AVG Secure VPN on 4/6/18 for GBP29.88 and I don't see any other charges made for  £28.88. I have sent you an email,  please attach the bank statement of the recent charge to pull the details and assist further with the refund request.

why have I been debited yesterday for £28.88 from June 4th? I do not remember doing this, don't know what it's for and don't want it thank you - please refund my money
