Hi when I checked my Bank Account this morning I found that £52.99 had been taken from my Account on the 7/7/17 by AVG without my knowledge.
I realised that I have got a new email address and wondered if an email had been sent to my old one informing me that this was going to happen, so did an online chat with someone called Kamalakar who when I explained the problem said that he cannot find any record of me even having an Account with you! How is this possible if you took money by using my Debit Card details?? I definitely don't ever remember agreeing automatic renewal at any time with you for anything either. He then suggested I contact you for help.
I checked what my AVG icon on the desktop said and it said that the product name is AVG Antivirus (Full 1 Computer). Licence Number AMOTZ-HY4CQ-NRWOV-APP7N-4SKL-H and that the Licence expires on the 21/7/19.
I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible.
