Money taken out of my Visa, but says it's not installed on my laptop

Have renewed my subscription as of October 12, 2015 and money has been taken out of my VISA acct., but it keeps popping up that I have no protection, yet I was told it had been successfully installed.  Can you tell me why I have no protection???

I have renewed my subscription as of Sept. 29, 2015, reference number: 701-0073305, but the screen is popping up showing my protection will end in nine days (as of today, Oct. 19, 2015). I have a hard copy of my renewed subscription and the amount of $53.99 has been taken from my Visa card. Can you explain? Thanks.
