You have been charged for the automatic renewal of AVG Anti Track (60 day trial) because you agreed to automatic extension of your subscription when you originally signed up for the trial subscription. We can assure you that we have not processed any unauthorized payments from your card or account. We sent an email notification 10 days prior to the order being placed to let you know in advance that this payment was due. This also contained information on how to cancel your Subscription.

Hi, on 27 mars money was withdrawn from my account and I havent made a purchase in your store. Sure I have tried out the free version but not actually using it or even activated it so I just wonder why is this happening. I would like to order a refund for this, it was 470 sek.
