I do understand the inconvenience you have faced, may I know how did you narrow this down to AVG? I would suggest you to disable each AVG component to confirm which AVG feature is causing the issue.
Open AVG, click on Menu->Settings->Components. Toggle the On/Off slider against each component to disable it.
AVG is blocking Moneysoft Payroll - they say that there is a major problem today with many callers. Anyone got over this?
