Monthly security report

Hello Balasubramanian,

Well I tried Kaspersky Internet Security 2017. Pretty much a disaster. First of all it changed all my browser add-on settings, then it prevented the option to see remote content in emails etc. Altogether a real annoyance.

AVG Internet Security 2017 is really not as nice as the 2016 version before the Avast takeover but despite its aggravations I'm sticking with it. With a system restore I'm back with AVG.

I do hope some of the features of the proper AVG version can be added to the new one though. There must be programmers from the original AVG team who see the deletion of the features they designed as really annoying. So come on people and make Avast bring them back and make AVG distinctive again.

Regards,

Mike Phelan.

Having paid for AVG software I don't expect to be aggravated by advertisements for 'AVG TuneUp' or links to 'Monthly news' which is really jusy another piece of advertising journalism. It may be useful to novices but the rest of us should be given the opportunity to never receive another 'Monthly security report'.

We have only one computer using the new Avast/AVG Internet Security 2017 now because there is still a year's worth of subscription left. The others are still using the regularly updated original AVG Internet Security 2016. After years of investing in AVG products this will be the last one.

Meanwhile how do we delete the 'Monthly security report'?
