We need to activate AVG Antivirus free, after the AVG Internet Security purchase. From your account, I can see that you have purchased AVG Internet Security - Unlimited (1 year subscription), expires on 3/4/2019. I can see that you have contacted our technical support team though call and they have asked you to reinstall your exiting AVG Antivirus free. If you have reinstalled AVG Antivirus free, then please open it > My AVG > My Subscription > Login using AVG MyAccount credential.
Note: If you don't see login button, then click on remove license/logout button > wait for 2 minutes > login to an existing network. Keep us informed about the status.

Been using AVG FREE for many years and been entirely happy, no issues at all with the product.
Recently got a pop up to the effect that my trial was over… click here to buy…
OK so I've had free AV software for years, AVG aren't a charity they are a commercial outfit, lets do the decent thing and buy a subscription so i click the <Buy> button and part with £25 and guess what? It still says trial finished click here to buy…
So after years of FREE support THE VERY FIRST THING I have to do after parting with £25 is p***s around wasting my time calling the help desk.
I'm off to revoke the continuous payment authority, less then an hour after buying the product the only thing i'm sure of is that I will NOT buy again.
As a side note this fiasco reinforces my decision when buying a notebook to abandon Windows for in favour of a ChromeBook, the maintenance overhead on Windows is just too high.
