We regret for the inconvenience caused. Please make sure whether you have updated your AVG program frequently and check whether you have upgraded to the trial version of the AVG program, If so the trial version might got expired and that's the reason you might have received the message. Reinstallation of the AVG Free program fixed the issue. Please make sure whether all the component's are active and the AVG program displays as "You are Fully Protected", If so you are fully protected from the latest types of infections.

I installed the Free Version of AVG ages and then just recently AVG was telling me that I had no protection and then installed another Free version! I am not sure what is going on & don't know how to ensure that I have only the one installed and that my computer is safe as I am about to back up everything and get a Windows 10 installed so I don't want to hnve infected files on my new program. Can you please help me?
