Moving files from E-mail to documents file on the computer

Hello Mary. Are you talking about the attachments of your email? Were you able to download that attachments to your computer? Do you get any error while downloading it?

Hello Mary, thank you for the reply. Do you use any email client like MS Outlook to view your email or is it a web based email?

I can down load the attachment in the email but can't move it out of the email program into the document
file on the desk top.

I have several files that were sent to me in an E-mail, I need to move them to the documents file on the computer. I have talked to several people and they have no idea and have not heard of anyone doing it.
