Mozilla Thunderbird Timing Out

Hello Dominic,

We will work together to sort this out.

Please change the location of the AVG Secure VPN and check if you are able to send emails.

If the issue persists, open AVG Internet Security, click on "Menu->Settings->Components->Firewall->Customize->click on "Network Profile(Left side of the interface) and change the profile to "Private" if selected in "Public".

If you face any difficulties, please let us know and we will assist you further.

Alright, in this case we have to escalate the case to our senior team to analyze the case and to help you in resolving it.

We need to collect few AVG file logs to analyze the issue, I have sent you the email instructions to collect those file logs from AVG to check the issue.

Please follow the email instructions and reply us back with those log files.

I noticed that I had to turn off my VPN in order to send out an email since it was always timing out. I attempted to follow this article   | AVG
but no success. Contacted my ISP provider but they could not help me. Any suggestions?

Hello, Karthikeyan,
Tried your suggestion snd even with the location change I timed out. Tried your second suggestion and I even set the "unidentified" network to "private" and it still did not work. I would appreciate any further suggestions you may have.
