We would like to get it clarified whether the issue gets resolved when you uninstall AVG Internet Security?
In addition to that, did you uninstall AVG TuneUp program too?

I just bought a new desktop and installed office 365 and AVG internet security. When I have AVG installed then I have problems with almost all of my Office products. Outlook stops getting emails. Word cant upload the file to OneDrive. Power Point is constantly trying to get the files from OneDrive and doesnt work. I uninstalled AVG and everything is working without issues again! I tried deactivating many parts of the AVG package or adding apps to the safe list in AVG but nothing really works. Any suggestions is appreciated? do you have the same issue?
