Installed Microsoft-OneNote extension on AVG Secure Browser. Need to show OneNote icon on the browser toolbar. How can this be done?

We're glad to look into this & help you.
Usually, the address bar will be available at top of the Secure browser. 
If you prefer to add an additional toolbar, you can try visiting the Chrome store from the AVG Secure Browser & add the desired extension, toolbar, etc.
