I had a recent fix set by one of your collegues a few eeks back to get my Wireless adapter to work and this was working fine until I had an AVG error message when trying to do something else. I tthink I may have changed a seting and in adition just had latest Win 10 update. Please could a customer agent contact me to re-check the settings as I need to connect to my TV this is urgent
