I have a file that runs from time to time and consumed up to 30% of my battery. I cannot delete this file unable to uninstall it as an app. It does not show up as an app. It is found in system/bin/msnsd and shows up in the battery usage screen. It disapears from time to time! It was not found by an AVG Scan.
It has been suggested that I root my phone, A Samsung Galaxy S-4. I have not been able to do that successfully. I am runny Jellybean 5.1
How do I get rid of this thing?
