Please run the AVG remover tool : http://aa-download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_Remover.exe to completely uninstall your previous installation of AVG program from your PC. Once uninstalled download the installation file using the link : http://www.avg.com/us-en/download to reinstall your AVG program. Please feel free to contact us for further assistance.

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling msxml3.dll; however I am getting a message "entry point not found"…how do I resolve this issue so that AVG PC tune up will complete a scan?
Yesterday, I did uninstall and reinstall AVG PC TuneUp, rebooted and re-scanned...issue unresolved
