I see that you have been charged for the renewal of AVG Internet Security - Unlimited (1 year subscription) on 17th December 2017.
Since auto renewal was enabled for the subscription the charge for the renewal was debited automatically.
You have purchased the product initially on 17th December 2016 for NOK 336.00 and the difference in price change is because we have made significant improvements to our detection rates over the last year and we expect to continue this investment as the threat landscape is getting more complex.
This information will be sent to customers during auto renewal process.
You won't get another charge debited for this renewal as the auto renewal was terminated.

I have been withdrawn NOK 516,- for renewal of my subscription for next year. However last year the amount was 319,- …Why is that ??
I keep getting notices that you are unable to debit my account for next years subscription,but my bank statement shows that I have already been debitet NOK 516,-
