TuneUp has just wrecked my computer and the can't or won't fix it. Get out whilke you are ahead and don't install it.

I've used AVG for a decade, great protection. However, after several years I decided to recognize my appreciation and increase my benefits by subscribing to Zen which then became Ultimate as it markets coverage for multiple devices. Here is where I've experienced tremendous frustration:
1. Every time I try to install VPN on my other devices, I'm directed to pay additional fees.
2. Maintenance and tune-up used to be included, now they're not? Annoying reminders that erk me because when I got ULTIMATE I thought I was paying for TOTAL coverage and all the power AVG could provide.
3. Every time I call AVG, I get a person who tries to get into my computer to solve nonexistent issues rather than simply provide support for my coverage questions.
I really feel deceived and am ready to close and change provider unless a clear step by step explanation is given.

They are investigating the case and it would take time for them to provide some suggestions.

We would like to clarify that the activation process has be done manually whenever you install our product on the respective devices.
For activating AVG Secure VPN Multi-device subscription, refer this article and follow the steps as mentioned under 'Activation Code'.
Use the code that we have sent now via email for activation.
We do not ask for remote access unless if it is necessary.
Could you provide the phone number that you dialed to reach our AVG support?
As per our record, your AVG Ultimate subscription got expired on 5th April 2019.
The active subscriptions found on your account are AVG Internet Security and AVG Secure VPN Multi-device.

Your prompt answer is appreciated. I've worked out the VPN. The type of account I have has confused me, but it's now a bit clearer. Hopefully, I won't encounter the issues Elizabeth has had if I do end up with TuneUp in the future.
