There is no issue with my cell phone.It downloaded and is working fine. I just happened to notice that the AVG icon on mu cell showed "Internet Security" in the icon. My laptop only showed Free version so I assumed that it never downloaded properly. I uninstalled it and reloaded it. It now shows Internet Security. However, when I click on it and the full screen page with the options listed opens, the bottom of the page shows that it is a trial version with 28 days remaining. I do not have any idea how to send you a screenshot but I shouldn't have to do that. Clicking the AVG icon only produces one screen which has a list of options including, Menu, Scan, etc. The botton of that page shows that I have a trial subscription with a specific number of days remaining. As you stated, I have a paid subscription through January 2021. My only question is, how can I fix the trial membership message or does it automatically adjust itself?

From your reply, we see that the program awaits activation. Before proceeding to help you with the appropriate steps to activate, we need to know the version of AVG that is installed on your computer.
To check this : Open AVG - Menu - About
Alternate way : Go to control panel - Programs & Features - Programs - Version would be listed beside AVG.
Software Version: 19.5.3093 (build 19.5.4444.503)
I just downloaded it a few days ago so it should be current unless you still have old software on the AVG home page…
I did a screenshot but I was not able to attach it to the Support Community message box. Can you send me an email to which I can respond directly so I can attach it for your review? It would also make it easier for me to respond to your question without logging on to this forum with every response. 't really don't understand why it would help you to see the page. Trust me, there is only one page that opens when you click the AVG icon and the bottom of the page says that I am using a Trial Version which expires in 28 days. It then offers a button to allow me to Purchase Now.
