When I ordered AVG ultimate in Oct with order #(Order id removed) I had a new e-mail, although I already had an account under my former e-mail address. It doesn't appear that all my subscriptions have been compiled together on my new e-mail, as my icon on the desktop still shows my old e-mail which does not have the upgrades I have ordered. How do I get these 2 accounts into my new e-mail? I cannot unlock or get into my original (previous) e-mail. Because of this, it appears I have paid good money for something that I am not getting.
