Multiple Charge

Hi. I was informed by my device carrier that there are total of 12 transaction (10/29/2017 - 6 transaction and 10/30/2017 - 6 transaction) charged to my phone bill (MYR 239.88 - MYR19.88 x 12 transaction) via google play. However, when I check my google play history there was no transaction recorded for the particular date. I also found that there are 16 declined transaction for AVG AntiVirus PRO 40% OFF Halloween Sale! (AVG AntiVirus FREE for Android Security 2017). After checking my order history, the only application that match the amount stated by my device carrier is the AVG antivirus. Why am i charged 12 times? and i did not received any email on successful payment transaction. Only received email on declined payment on 10/30/2017. Please help to check urgently. My phone line is barred because of this issue.

Please click on the following link (http://avgclick.me/AVGtechnical ) and fill out your details, select as Android then the name of AVG Program that you installed in your mobile and in description please completely explain about your issue and finally click on Email option. The AVG mobile team will reply back to you via email with a resolution.
