Multiple charging for subscription

Hello. I renewed my subscription in Sept., 26th and on Oct., 1st, two more subscriptions, for the same products, belonging to the subscriptions expired at the date (Oct., 1st), had been billed to  my credit card. I tried to contact the service, by email, following the informations of the web site,  to ask a refund, but it has been impossible. Any hints on how to do it? Thank you

I’d like to get refund the two subscriptions of AVG Internet Security, date Oct, 1st.
The numbers ought to be:
52627xxxxx DR and
52626xxxxx DR, € 54,99 each.
I want to conserve:
1 AVG Internet Security, 1 AVG Secure VPN and 1 AVG Password Protection,  I bought on Sept, 26th, with the licence 15360817138 DR, € 81,94.
