Hello. I agree to your proposal (license period extended until April, 2022), but, please, verify if I have cancelled all the automatic renewal of all the 3 subscription, because I'm not sure I succeeded in doing it. I'm waiting for your confirmation. Thanks. Rolando

Hello. I renewed my subscription in Sept., 26th and on Oct., 1st, two more subscriptions, for the same products, belonging to the subscriptions expired at the date (Oct., 1st), had been billed to  my credit card. I tried to contact the service, by email, following the informations of the web site,  to ask a refund, but it has been impossible. Any hints on how to do it? Thank you

I’d like to get refund the two subscriptions of AVG Internet Security, date Oct, 1st.
The numbers ought to be:
52627xxxxx DR and
52626xxxxx DR, € 54,99 each.
I want to conserve:
1 AVG Internet Security, 1 AVG Secure VPN and 1 AVG Password Protection,  I bought on Sept, 26th, with the licence 15360817138 DR, € 81,94.

Rolando, as you have purchased 3 different subscriptions for AVG Internet Security, all 3 subscriptions has been merged and the subscription period has been extended until October 2021.

Before processing the refund for 2 of the above subscriptions, we would like to offer you additional 6 months of license extension with your existing subscription period if you wish to use our subscription.

By doing so the license period will be extended until April 2022, is that fine?
