This isn't the experience we wanted you to have with AVG.
For multi-device subscriptions, you can activate it on your Windows, Mac and Android devices.
As we're unable to locate the subscription under the email address, I have sent an email requesting more information to locate your primary AVG account.

I should have canceled a long time. paying for multiple device subscription for 2 yars. Except for my PC, can only get the free crappy service for my phones and tablets. Website is useless. Why can nt I sign on my phone and activate my paid subscription, you know , like on my phone. Once agian support is unavailable. I dont have time to wait for the community to "meybe" find. I pay good money and have to deal with ads becuase' Basically I am done. AVG is unsupported and user unfriendly.
(I go all the way back to cobol and fortran, So I am not tech illiterate.AVG is just not user friendly.
