Not so long ago I installed AVG Security on my I phone. (This was additional to my Windows PC). My subscription allows for multiple devices.
I had extreme difficulty in accessing the Internet ( either WI-Fi or 4G network) when I was absent from my home WI FI. Usually when i was in a shopping mall. Despite numerous visits to my Internet provider the problem could not be resolved. So I uninstalled AVG from my I Phone and since then have had no problems at all.
I e-mailed AVG for an explanation, but it seems they have ignored my request.
Any suggestions please.?
