My Tune Up works on the first device but I paid for 10 devices.  On the second device it is installed but refuses to function and demand that I pay a second time.  I am wasting hours that I cannot afford.  Please advise.

It looks like you did not activate AVG TuneUp on the second device using the paid activation code.
