Multiple Issues (AVG Internet Security Subscription)

I purchased AVG Internet Security along with AVG Secure VPN. However, I am experiencing the following issues:

A: When I use the AVG Interface to try and invite a device and send an invitation link, even though AVG claims that the invitation was sent successfully, the email is never received. I have tried this when adding Android Device and PC. I have tried multiple different email address, and every single time no invitation code email is received. 

B: I downloaded AVG Antivirus for Android (FREE) and then from the MENU, I pressed AVG ACCOUNT and added my information. That screen now shows:

You are connected as s*****@n*****.x**
Now you can see your device information from computer.
Go to my.avg.com
Disconnect

However, the FREE version did not upgrade itself to PRO version. AND, on top of that, when I open the AVG Interface from my AVG INTERNET SECURITY on Windows 10, it does NOT show the ANDROID DEVICE at all.

Please advice as to how I might fix these issues.

Also, I would like to inform you that it takes up to 24 hours to upgrade to PRO version. I request you to be patient for a day and check whether it upgrades to PRO. If issue persists
