- I appear to have subs for AVG Internet security for 1 device and also for family Internet security which currently has only 1 device on it. However I am unable to find whether these are 2 devices or the same one. How do I clarify this?
2. Refunds. I have tried to request refunds on cancelled subs via orders but only get so far before a box pops up asking for an online chat. I can't seem to get any further than that.
