Multiple subscriptions and payments

Hoping you can help me.  I am hugely confused.  I have just subscribed for multi-device protection prompted by a notification that I was unprotected at a number of levels.  I have looked at my account and can see that I am apparently subscribed and paid for potentially 4 versions of protection involving some significant sums of money, but the warning notices tell me I have apparently no active protection. 
I don't actually need multi-device protection I just need it for my laptop.  
How come I am receiving frightening warnings when I appear to be potentially oversubscribed. 
I am not tech savvy and am feeling quite stressed by this.  I would really appreciate some help here to get myself set up with one subscription that does what I need it to do.
