Multiple Virus Infected emails

I am receiving multiple infected emails from the same source which thankfully AVG is picking up and putting in Quarantine.
Today I received about  20 such emails, just one after the other purporting to be from someone I have had business with previously but I know is not responsible.
Is there any way I can block these or stop them coming as I worry that one might slip through AVG and infect my PC

Hello Terry,
We will help you with it. You can add the email address to the blacklist to stop it.
Open AVG Internet Security -> Menu -> Settings -> Components -> AntiSpam -> customize -> add that email address to the blacklist.
