how do I get my sound back on…something happened when AVG repaired a lot of other computers for many other people, which they lost the sound.on…I tried and phoned them, but they want me to pay for another service…I already have three (3) paid for Tune Up, Performance Multi Device & Internet Security…Now something called Customer support or Help…I give up, anything time I phone they want more $$ for another product they want me to buy…very frustrating !! does anyone know how to restore it ??

We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. Could you please let us know since when are you experiencing this issue? Did you run AVG anti virus scan or PC maintenance scan with AVG PC Tuneup which might have caused the errors?
