Initially, it isn't recommended to share the account details over this public post.
Upon checking our records, we see that you've reached us in 2018 for account merge (from your msn account to gmail account).
We see that you've an active subscription of AVG Internet Security MultiDevice under your primary account.
It can be used on 10 devices. Please let us know what happens while attempting to use AVG on your computers.
Regarding the other account varaxxxxxx@gmail.com, we're unable to find any subscription or AVG account affiliated with that email address.
Over the past six to seven years, I have not been able to use my family subscription as advertised by AVG. This year I blocked AVG from debiting my account at subscription renewal time for the following reasons:
1. I could never enroll my family members
2. My biggest beef, AVG would not delete a second account that was deterring my effective use of my account. The two emails are (primary acc removed) and (2nd account). No matter how many times I asked to have the second email removed, the individuals I spoke with had no clue.
When you have erased the account attached to (2nd acc), I will continue with AVG. My account expires on January 6th of 2020. If I don't receive a confirmation email to that effect prior to than, I will seek another provider.
