Please provide the screenshot ( http://avgclick.me/getscreenshot ) of your AVG MyAccount page to assist you further. Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.
they have taken my money and still the site says I do not have a subscription!!!
